Pommeau
de Normandie “Coquerel” results from the judicious
blending of apple juice and calvados.It
will mature in oak casks for a minimum of eighteen months
before being submitted to the approval of a tasting panel
from the National Institute of the “Appellation d’Origine
Contrôlée” (INAO) which, alone, is entitled
to deliver the Controlled Appellation label.

The pommeau de Normandie « Coquerel » should be
served chilled, as aperitif or as a delicious base for cocktails.
It is also excellent in cooking and will be particularly enjoyed
when served with Foie gras or with melon.
It can be consumed :
- as aperitif, before the meal
- in cooking
- with melon or foie gras
